Merry Sol Invictus and Happy holidays to you all, whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, the Solstice, or something else. This is a very popular winter bird in North America, and I am American after all, so this choice of photos seemed appropriate. I’ll have to choose a European or Cypriot bird next year.
(And apologies for the quality – I’ve never owned a professional camera!)
